Our E-scooters are stocked within the UK so you get your order within a day.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
24 Hour Policy Explained
The 24 hour delivery policy applies only if you order during business hours which means from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm. In case you place your order over the weekend, the 24 hour rule will start applying from Monday 11 am. Moreover, in case the order has been placed during the business days but after the office hours, the order will be processed the next working day and you will be notified accordingly.
If the delivery is not signed for and no one is able to receive your delivery then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot.
The product will be returned to us if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on 3 occasions.
RideOnVoltz reserves the right to charge the full shipping cost applicable if the customer would like the order to be re-sent if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account will be credited with the order total, minus the shipping costs and the fee that the courier charges us to deliver the goods back to us. If you want the order to be re-shipped you will have to place a new order.
We cannot be held responsible if a customer enters the incorrect address on their order. If the order is delivered to the incorrect address due to an incorrect address being entered on the order, the company cannot be held responsible.
When placing a pre-order, you will need to pay for the item in full. Please click on pre-order delivery at checkout and we will ship the scooter so that you receive it on the next working day as soon as it arrives in stock.
All of the scooters that are available for pre-order should be in stock on the date shown on the product page on the site. This is an approximate date and this may vary slightly which is out of our control. We will however keep you informed via email and you will be notified as soon as the e-scooter arrives.
Cancelling your Order
If you would like to cancel your order before the product has been dispatched to you, please contact our customer services team via email at email@example.com, quoting your order number and purpose in the subject. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund once confirmed.
What if my order has already left the warehouse?
As we aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, it may already be on its way to you. If this is the case, we will not be able to process a refund
