Returns & Exchanges
At RideOnVoltz, we take full responsibility for our products and we understand if you change your mind at any point.
We do not accept any refunds or exchanges once the order is placed. However in an unfortunate event of the customer receiving a faulty product, we will be happy to replace the product with the same model. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a faulty product. We will arrange return label for the product however you would need to pay the postage for item return. Please make sure it is sent back in its original box and packaging. Our team will inspect the product once returned and notify you regarding the status of your refund. The process may take up to 7-10 business days. Please make sure you share your correct bank details along with your email address and contact number.
Ensuring Product Condition
If the returned product is missing the packaging original box, manuals, cables, charger and any other items originally included with it we will not be able to exchange it.
If there is a delay in the delivery of your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Moreover, if you haven’t received your exchange after 10 business days of your inspection status update, please contact us and we will give you an update.
We always quality check stock so there should not be any issues with your scooter, however if there are any defects that slip through we will work hard to fix these immediately.
